At Camille Chardee, every garment is thoughtfully handcrafted. Since we focus on slow fashion and small-batch production, we appreciate you patience as we create and ship your order.
Processing Times
- All Custom Garments are made to order unless stated otherwise. Please allow 6-8 weeks for production before your order is shipped.
- Ready to Ship items will be shipped within 1-5 business days after purchase.
Shipping Rates
We currently ship to the United States and its territories only using USPS, UPS.
Shipping costs are at a flat rate of $7, and free on orders $99 and up.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- Camille Chardee is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs processing
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at camillechardee.com, and we will assist you in filling a claim with the carrier.
